RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We at New-Pinch understand that returns should be as easy as buying of the product is. Keeping in mind, we have a very easy hassle-free return policy. Simply return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packing within 14 days of delivery.
Although returns are accepted on most products, due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on Briefs, Panties, Bras, All types of Undergarments, Nightwears including Camisoles, Baby doll dresses, other dresses especially sold for special occasions like marriage and valentine’s day and some of the accessories.
- Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
- In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, any replacements you have asked for will not be gift wrapped.
- Any other product that explicitly mentions that ‘Returns not accepted’ will also not be accepted.
For all the products for whom returns are accepted, all products must be returned :
- * In their original packaging;
- * Without damage, unworn and unwashed, and complete with tags and any related accessories or instruction booklets;
- * Together with the filled out return slip .
We reserve the right to refuse your parcel and cancel reimbursement should one of the conditions of our return policy not be fulfilled.
1. Please log in to your customer account.
2. Go to “My orders”. Click on "Create an RMA" for the corresponding order.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason(s) for return.
Click on Generate an RMA.
4. Your return request will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. You will then be able to print and fill out the return slip from your “Return history”.
5. Goods have to be returned in their original packing bearing original tags and with the filled return slip to the following address:

The order should, then, be sent by post or courier within 14 clear days. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne strictly by the customer unless mutually agreed upon in writing or in an email.
We will proceed to the refund of the returned items to the means of payment used for the purchase or by coupon or by a way of store credit (according to your request on the return slip). Your refund will be processed within 14 days maximum upon receipt of your returned parcel in our logistic centre.
